Iowa Class Fast Battleship. IOWA was the lead ship of her class of battleship and part of the Pacific Fleet during World War II. She took part in the Marshall Islands campaign, the Philippines, the Okinawa landings, and the assault on targets in Honshu and Hokkaido.
